Inspired by Internal Family Systems therapy, this film follows one urbanite encountering their disassociation, anxiety, workaholism, and depression personified. This individual draws nears to each hurting part through the award-winning lens of film-maker Ben Stamper.

As a filmmaker, Ben’s primary aim is to reveal the wonder of life that is hiding in plain sight. With a background in painting and music, Ben’s multidisciplinary filmmaking and thirst for adventure has flung him many a time to the far corners of the earth. Ben’s connection to dance was forged in his high school years, in what can only be described as an out-of-body experience while watching a small-town ballet production of Les Sylphides. Since then, Ben has been enchanted with the alchemy of dance and film. Ben’s work has been screened by National Geographic, Lincoln Center, Cannes Short Film Corner, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Met Breuer, Brooklyn Academy of Music and has also been included into various high school and college curricula in the US and France.
